We are pleased to have the opportunity to run swimming lessons near Colchester from the YouFit Health Club pool, which is located in the Holiday Inn in Eight Ash Green.
What swimming lessons do we run at YouFit Health Club?
We run small group swimming classes with water-based teachers. Only one lesson takes place in the pool at any time, and each lesson lasts for 30 minutes. We run 12 or 13 week courses – please see our Term Dates page to see when our programmes start and finish.

Everyone is welcome at YouFit Health Club – and the venue’s warm, friendly nature is one of the reasons why we decided to offer swimming lessons in Eight Ash Green.
The pool is looked after to the highest standards and offers poolside viewing. The pool’s temperature is maintained in the region of 31 degrees and the air temperature is controlled by a fully automated heating system.
